Thumbs up Cape Town Fish Market

I have to tip my hat to this restaurant - high quality at an affordable price.

Cape Town Fish Market (or CTFM as it is affectionaltey known among my friends and I) is always a good place to pop by for some supper before an evening movie at the Waterfront.

I always go to the Waterfront branch and pretty much order the same thing every time, the hake and chips. It's a fantastic R34 meal which comes with grilled hake, chips and stir fried vegetables. Always healthy and best to eat on a Sunday, especially if you're recovering from the weekend. The stir fried veggies are what puts tihs meal on the leaderboard.

I can only recall one time when I was not happy with my meal and that was when I ordered a burger. But I was in direct violation of the wise saying - "never order beef from a fish place and never order fish from a beef place".

I have been to the branch in Canal Walk once as well and that also had good standards all round.
