Driving through the Kruger

I would like to take a drive from Phalaborwa Gate through the Kruger Park to Exeter River Lodge in the Sabi Sands area. I know that the speed limit is 40km/h and appreciate that I might have to exit the Park at the Paul Kruger Gate and re-enter at another gate.
Does anyone know how long the trip will take? Any sugesstions on a specific route would also be much appreciated.
