Default Exchange rate

Can somebody please give us an indication about the exchange and interest rates in South Africa. What does the forecasters say- is it likely to come down soon or is it looking all the way up..the latter referring to the exchange rates....thank you.

SA Rand has slumped to its lowest level in 3 years. In my opinion considering inflation, the Rand has been over valued for the last three years. I predict
A period of further decline may precede recovery to around R9 to the $ by 2008.
SA is offering good value for a vacation again.

Unhappy Exchange rate

It seems when it's up, it's up and when it's down it really goes all the way, doesnt it. Again, it's good for travelling there but shame on those people there wishing to travel...not a good time for them then.....
