Default Is this guide-book right about Kruger?

I have a German guide-book that tells me the following, but I have not been able to confirm it from the Kruger NP site. The book tells me the following about abseiling, rafting, climbing activities and rapids.
"One of the best-known national parks in the country is the Kruger Park. It's not just a unique animal paradise but it can fulfill all your outdoor wishes, for Quad biking, rafting, abseiling, riding, mountain biking, kayaking or really gripping rafting on the Sabie River with its twenty rapids are all available. You can, of course, just swim or abseil on the vertical rock faces. Climbers really get their money's worth in the Kruger National Park, as do lovers of romantic adventure, gathered around the evening camp fire under the open sky."
Can you confirm what is true/false about this? Thanks!

Yes this is true. The small town of Sabie is a adventure paradise, The town offers much more than just the traditional sport & recreation facilities catering for both the adventure and the sport enthusiast, and promises great fun and entertainment for the whole family. Experience the adrenaline rush of the world's highest cable gorge swing with a 68 m freefall.

Default thanks - re Kruger Park and Sabie

Thanks for your informative reply. I was a bit worried at first as I had contacted the Kruger website and just got the laconic repy that the activities list was "inaccurate". So I thought you were kidding until I entered some of your details given me into Google and it brought up the Sabie town website. Indeed, it seems a wonderful place for adventure activities. Can we say that Sabie is not Kruger but near Kruger, about 40 km away? I think the German author must have confused Lower Sabie camp at Kruger Park with Sabie town and area. Do you agree?
Thanks a lot!

That's exactly what happened, the town of Sabie is just outside the Kruger park, Lower Sabie is East of the town within the park. Sabie is a great place to visit before going into the Kruger Park see Maps of Kruger
