Travel from Jo'burg to Cape Town

I'd like to catch the coach from Johannesburg to Cape Town. What coaches are availble?

Could you please advise where in Johannesburg I can buy the tickets from? Can I purchase the tickets from the Johannesburg International Airport?

Please also advise as to how I can get from the Johannesburg International Airport to bus stop in Park City transit centre? And how long it will take?

If you must take a bus then Greyhound is the best company to use.
A train trip is also a pleasant way to transverse South Africa.
