Default Vic Falls

I am going to Victoria falls in two weeks time? Can anyone tell me if you have been white water rafting ? I am nervous at the thought of it, I think i have read too much about it. Can you let me know how rough it really is?

Default White water river rafting on the Zambezi

White water river rafting on the Zambezi is absolutely stunning and if you do ever have the chance of going please do not hesitate.

The Zambezi river has a wide variety of rapids from Level 2 to Level 6 which most of the time is just unrideable and in which case you have to walk around.
Being a strong swimmer is of little help! confidence in the Water is vital as its a rough experience with plenty of water consumed and a good bashing if you fall in, which is next near to impossible to avoid! There are both full day and 1/2 day trips, both of which serve lunch by the river. Beer and soft drinks are served once you leave the river and have climbed out of the gorge.

Once you have done that why not try the bungee jumping from the Vic. Falls bridge, both activities are mind blowing!

Enjoy the ride of your life.

The Victoria Falls is situated in southern Africa between the countries of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The falls are, by some measures, the largest waterfall in the world, as well as being among the most unusual in form, and having arguably the most diverse and easily seen wildlife of any major waterfall site.
It neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, the claim it is the largest is based on a width of 1.7 kilometres (1 mi) and height of 108 meters (360 ft), forming the largest sheet of falling water in the world.
