Zimbali Estate

The Zimbali coastal resort lies on the Dolphin Coast. I have had the pleasure of staying there many times and I have to say it is one of the most beautiful places I have seen. It is approximately 400 hectares in size and combines residential houses with hotels and holiday homes along with an immacutely maintained golf course.

Zimbali also contains a communal swimming pool which has a restaurant nearby. Most residents own golf carts allowing them to conveniently make their way around the estate.

A substantial part of the perimeter runs along the Indian Ocean and everyone inside has access to the sea by going to one of the security gates and using their electronic keycard.

Security is amazing and it has been reported that there have been only a handful of perimeter breaches in over 5 years. Most residents sleep comfortably with their doors unlocked in the evening.
